There are 5 housing pavilions, restaurant with banquet hall, russian "banya", play and sports ground, winter sports facilities for rent.
Each room is equipped with bathroom, wardrobe, sattelite TV. Fridges only on deLuxe rooms.

The 2-floored restaurant serves home-style Russian and Baikal cuisine. Beauiful view on Baikal's shore, barbeque ground.

Russian banya is also two-floored, having a sauna on the first and an entertainment room on the secondfloor(Tvset, pool,balcony).
